Clinic Location
Soma Wellbeing is right in the heart of Norwich Lanes. Set in a quiet courtyard off Pottergate main street the nearest car park is St. Andrew’s. Bagley’s Court is a courtyard opposite The Belgian Monk on Pottergate.

Clinic Hours
Appointments available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Out of hours appointments for IVF patients around time of embryo transfer possible.
Appointments
Appointment reminders are sent via email and text messaging. Email confirmation of your appointment will remind you of location and time details. All appointments last 55 mins. At present we do not have disabled access.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are liable to be paid in full. You can cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours beforehand. If cancelling at short notice please contact Kate directly through email or text directly – and if the appointment can be filled by anyone on the waiting list you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
