Clinic Location
Our acupuncture rooms are right in the heart of Norwich Lanes. Set in a quiet courtyard off Pottergate main street our nearest car park is St. Andrew’s. Bagley’s Court is opposite The Belgian Monk on Pottergate between Alpha hairdressers and Lowell vintage shop.
Clinic Hours
Appointments available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Out of hours appointments for IVF patients on day of transfer usually available by Kate or her colleague Emily
Appointments
Appointment reminders are sent via email and text messaging. Email confirmation of your appointment will remind you of location and time details, plus up to date information regarding our clinic Covid-19 policy.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are liable to be paid in full. You can cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours beforehand. If cancelling at short notice please contact Kate directly through email or text directly – and if the appointment can be filled by anyone on the waiting list you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
